Cobequid Trail Run

The Cobequid Trail Run, held in Truro, Nova Scotia, is an annual running event featuring 5K, 10K, and half marathon distances along the scenic, flat Cobequid Trail. The course is an out-and-back route starting on Kaulback Street and finishing behind the NSCC Sport and Wellness Centre. This race is part of the Run Nova Scotia Road Race Series, with the 10K and half marathon included in the Performance Series.

Participants receive a t-shirt, participation medal, and breakfast. Facilities such as washrooms, change rooms, and showers are available at the NSCC.
