Salisbury Plain Winter Edition

The event is scheduled for 6 December 2025 at Old Fowler Barracks, Ludgershall Road, Ludgershall, SP11 9RR. It takes place on Salisbury Plain, which is described as the largest military training area in the UK and possibly Europe. The route follows well established footpaths and byways and includes steep hills and sections on solid iron roads. The route will be fully signed the day before the event and will be fully marked on race day. Trail shoes are recommended.

Aid stations on the course will supply sweet and savory snacks, water, juice and coke. Marshals will staff road crossings on major roads. A medical and safety team will be on the route. A What3words location will be provided prior to the event. Finisher medals will be awarded to those who complete the event, and prizes are listed for first, second and third male and female finishers.

  • Marathon: entry fee £50; entries closed.
