The Salem Lake Trail Run in Winston Salem, NC, offers three race distances: 30K (18.6 miles), 7 miles, and 5K (3.1 miles). Set on a beautiful, mostly shaded, wooded trail around Salem Lake, the course is recognized as one of America's best running trails. This well-organized event serves as an excellent tune-up for fall marathons and supports the Salem Lake Trail System through part of its proceeds.

The race features long-sleeve tri-blend shirts, unique awards crafted by local artists, and a running shoe collection benefiting charity.
