Both races use trail paths around Carsington Water on an undulating route. The half marathon is an out-and-back plus one full loop of the reservoir. Take on the Dovedale Big Daddy on 1 February 2026, an AL fell race in the Peak District covering 20.4 km with 1370 m ascent and nine steep climbs through the Manifold and Dovedale valleys. Entries close 29 January and are limited to 250.
