Running Wild 2026

Running Wild 2026 is a forest obstacle event taking place on Saturday 11 July 2026 at Wild Forest, Parsonage Farm, Ongar Road, Brentwood, Essex CM15 0LA. The course is a 5K route that includes water, mud and a variety of man-made obstacles.

The event is open to ages 13 and over. It is held on the Nuclear Races site and features physical elements such as climbing, crawling, sliding and jumping. The course finishes with a large 20 foot Deathslide into a lake.

A registration fee of £40 applies and participants are asked to meet a fundraising pledge of £100. On completion, participants receive a Running Wild medal, a free hot drink, free onsite parking, a post race shower and a digital fundraising guide.

A June 28th trail event at 3 Brewers Brewery in Hertfordshire offering 5 km and 10 km multi terrain laps, mostly off road, with a medal, pint cup and free drink for finishers plus live jazz and charity fundraising.

A 5 km off road run and walk at Therfield Heath in Royston on 28 June 2026, held over two laps to raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust. Entry is limited and fees are listed for adults and children.

An annual 30 km multi terrain run through the Kent countryside organised by Istead and Ifield Harriers. The 2026 event is on 28 June with on day entries at £45; the race is Run Britain licensed and holds a BARR Gold Rating.
