Running Tribe Races

Gerrards Cross, United Kingdom • 30 Nov 2025

Event overview

Running Tribe Races takes place in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, at two nearby venues: Chalfont Park Sports Club and Chalfont St. Peter Community Centre. The event uses looped courses so participants can choose their distance on the day. A large drop bag can be left at the start/finish for kit changes and nutrition. One aid station at the start/finish provides water, soft drinks, and vegan and vegetarian food. The course is marked and road crossings are clearly indicated. Pacers are allowed and at least one fully trained medic will be on standby. Crew members may access any point along the course.

Course details and distances

The longer loop is 10.8 km with about 80% trail and 20% road, using public footpaths and woods. That loop is run in multiple laps; six laps equals 2,100 ft of climb. Kit recommendations include a water bottle of at least 500 ml capacity, a fully charged mobile phone, head torch in winter, warm hat, own cup, jacket, and gloves. There are time limits for each course group and finishing place medals are awarded for 1st to 3rd in each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
