Spring Challenge Day 1 2027

Spring Challenge Day 1 is organised by Running Events Devon and takes place on Saturday 10 April 2027. The event is operated using a "TUGG" system that allows participants to start at any time within the event window and requires completion by a fixed finish deadline. It is presented as a seven hour timed event on an undulating, paved course.

The route follows an old disused train line and is an accurately measured road course run entirely on tarmac. Each lap is 5.3 km on an out and back route. Participants may complete as many laps as they can within the permitted time; those who complete one or more laps within the time limit are recorded as finishers and may collect a medal. If the event reaches capacity, later entrants will receive a bespoke medal chosen from those available on the day.

Practical details include a maximum of 75 entrants, a minimum age of 18 years, and entries closing on 09 April 2027. The permit number is ARC. The location is near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ with what3words ///miss.race.open. Entry categories and fees are listed for affiliated and unattached entrants including options without perks. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
