Run4Bibles takes place on March 7, 2026 in Dallas, TX at Cedar Ridge Preserve (7171 Mountain Creek Pkwy). Distances offered include:

  • 26 Miler
  • 1/2 Marathon
  • 10K
  • 5K
  • Mile Virtual options are offered for the Marathon and 1/2 Marathon. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $100 for the Marathon, $80 for the 1/2 Marathon, $50 for the 10K, $40 for the 5K, and $25 for the 1 Mile. T-shirts could be ordered before February 16, 2025; a limited number of extra shirts will be available at the race. The 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathon, and Marathon are chip-timed; the 1 Mile is not chip-timed.

Course, rules, awards, and fees

Trails include mulch, solid rock, gravel, dirt, steps, and wooden bridges. The preserve is wooded with small streams, a pond, a lookout tower, and a birdwatching hut. The 1/2 Marathon is two loops of the main route; the Marathon is four loops. The 10K and 5K follow shorter loops; the 1-Mile uses the Bluebonnet loop.

Participants must follow park rules: stay on marked trails, no littering, no dogs on trails during the run, no strollers/bikes/skates, no weapons, and no smoking or alcohol. Runners may change distance or transfer a bib before the race begins. Entry fees are non-refundable but may be rolled over to a future event; rollovers for illness or injury are applied at 75% toward the next event. Proceeds support Equip Disciples programs in Rwanda and DR Congo and Cedar Ridge Preserve; registration fees are tax-deductible except for T-shirt costs.
