Run the Wilds - Houston

Run the Wilds is a community trail running event at Memorial Park, Picnic Loop, Picnic Area #5 in Houston on July 26, 2026. The event offers a guided, no-drop group run format with relaxed pace groups and support along the routes. It includes a preview of part of the Houston Ultra Trail route presented by Trail Racing Over Texas.

After the run there will be breakfast tacos, drinks, snacks, giveaways, and opportunities for socializing. The event features an Altra shoe demo and is organized with multiple local run clubs and partners, including Trail Racing Over Texas, Houston Area Trail Runners (HATR), Timeless Runners, Houston Colosseum Runners, Freaks Come Out At Night Run Club, WildSense, NeverSecond, and Hardloop Endurance.
