The Run & Reel Spring Festival at Camp Kanesatake in Spruce Creek, PA is presented as a free family day featuring outdoor activities, vendors, and on-site parking. The event includes a trail running program, a fishing tournament on Spruce Creek, food and craft vendors, hayrides, a zipline, a kids carnival, and a camp coffee and snack shop.
The trail run offers two race distances and a kids fun run for children 12 and under. The course covers dirt trails, field roads, a short section of pavement, and some technical side hills, with aid stations and light refreshments available for participants. The 10K is a single loop with a final stretch on level blacktop.
