The course is a 3 mile run along the Manayunk canal path with a start at Manayunk Bridge Pocket Park. Check-in and donation drop-off are at Philadelphia Runner Manayunk, located at 4358 Main Street. Entry is tied to a donation model: participants are asked to bring canned goods and other necessities for North Light Community Center as the donation/entry fee, with donations accepted during check-in.

The event features Brooks footwear available to test on the run and post-run refreshments, including hot chocolate and other treats in the shop.
