Rocky Gap Trail Run

The Rocky Gap 25K, 50K, and Relay Trail Running Race takes place at Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, MD on Sunday, October 13, 2024. The race offers solo runners and relay teams of 2 or 3 the opportunity to experience three different loops in the park, with the 25K race covering each loop once and the 50K race covering each loop twice. The loops vary in length from 4.4 to 6.5 miles, with elevation changes ranging from 250 to 500+ feet.
