Ring the Springs is a trail running event held at Rock Ledge Ranch in Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs. The event includes three distances: 100K, 50K, and 35K. Parking is available in the large dirt and grass lot at Rock Ledge Ranch.

The 100K course reaches Mount Rosa and has sustained climbing between miles 11 and 29. Aid stations and drop-bag locations are listed for each distance. For the 100K, crews are allowed at Captain Jack and Old Stage; pacers may join 100K runners at Old Stage or Captain Jack II. The 50K and 35K do not allow pacers; crews may access the finish area.
