Circuit Running Events Ltd stages the Rhino Run at Wraysbury Skiff and Punting Club, Riverside, Egham TW20 0AA. The event is a six-hour timed challenge on an out-and-back tarmac path that follows the river and an old railway line. The course runs on a public footpath with no navigation required. An aid table is provided at the end of each lap with water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of food. Toilets and changing facilities are available at the rowing club. There is no official, manned bag drop; bags may be left next to the start-finish line at participants' own risk. On-site parking is available at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds for a fee; additional limited parking is available nearby with some parking restrictions and some car parks reserved for customers.
Distances, prizes and rules
The event allows running distances from 5k up to ultra marathon within the six-hour time limit; participants may start their final lap up to six hours after the race start. Finishers receive a bespoke rhino-themed medal and a goody bag. Typical distance options include:

- 10 km (two 5k laps)
- Half marathon (three laps of the main course)
- Marathon (six laps)
- Ultra marathon (seven or more laps within the time limit)
The event is licensed by the TRA and run under UKA Athletics rules. Maximum distances permitted under rules by age are: 12-13 years 5,000 m; 14-15 years 6,000 m; 16 years 10,000 m; 17 years 25,000 m; 18-19 years 45,000 m; 20 years and over no maximum distance.
