Rhino Run is organised by CIRCUIT RUNNING EVENTS LIMITED and takes place on 3 January 2026 at Wraysbury Skiff and Punting Club, Riverside, Egham TW20 0AA. The event is held to raise awareness of the save-the-rhino cause, and some proceeds will be donated to that cause. Entry fees are listed between £16 and £35 depending on the distance.

Course and format

The main route is an out-and-back 3.28 miles course along the River Thames. The event includes a 6-hour challenge that allows participants to cover distances from 5k up to ultramarathon distance within the time limit; participants may begin a final lap within the six-hour limit. For the 5k there is an earlier turn point; the 10k consists of completing the 5k lap twice.

Facilities and rules

Toilet and changing facilities are available at the rowing club. There is no official bag drop; bags may be left at the start/finish but are unmanned and left at participants' own risk. Parking is available on site at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds for a fee. An aid table is provided at the end of each lap with water, squash, fizzy drinks and various food items for self-service.
