Resolution Run - Las Vegas

Resolution Run takes place at Kellogg-Zaher Park area in northwest Las Vegas, using the Bonanza Trail and Bill Briare Park with views of the Red Rock Mountains. The event location is listed as 7901 W. Washington Ave., about 20 minutes from the Strip.

Distances offered include:

• Half marathon (13.1 miles)
• 10K
• 5K
• 1 mile

There are virtual options for several distances. Virtual participants receive a finisher medal by mail; to receive a medal one week after the event registration must be completed three weeks before the race. Other virtual medals are mailed within about a month. The organizer does not ship medals internationally.

Nonvirtual finishers receive a finisher medal and a race shirt. All nonvirtual runners are eligible for awards; the 1-mile, 5K, 10K, and half marathon categories award 1st through 5th place for male and female divisions. Participants may manually report their times on Ultrasignup after the event.

On-site provisions mentioned include complimentary Monster Energy drinks in various flavors and nachos. Dogs and cats on leashes and strollers are allowed. Packet pickup is available at the event location roughly 45 to 60 minutes prior to the event. Parking at the venue is limited and offered first come first serve; overflow parking is west of the staging area in the same park. Volunteer shifts earn a $15 credit per hour toward a future race.
