Conquer The World Endurance presents the 9th Annual Red Wing Trail Challenge on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Red Wing Recreation Area. The event uses a roughly 15k trail loop and offers multiple distance options with substantial elevation gain.
- 60K - about 6500 ft of gain
- 30K - about 3300 ft of gain
- 15K - about 1650 ft of gain
The core loop is described as about 15k with roughly 1625 ft of gain. The 60K follows this loop four times. Trail surfaces include grass, gravel, single track, double track, dirt, and rocks, and the course is described as generally runnable.
There will be an aid station on the course and an aid/refueling area at the start/finish. Aid offerings are expected to include water, Skratch, UCAN, and basic snacks such as pretzels, bagels, and bananas. The start/finish area will also provide a space where 60K runners can set up a base with fuel and hydration for each lap. An interactive course map indicates parking, aid stations, athlete and crew setup areas, and porta potty locations.
Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each race, and unique finisher awards are planned for participants in the 60K and 15K races.
