The race takes place within the grounds of Bowdoin Park, utilizing the various terrains found throughout the area. The event is hosted at Pavilion 1, which serves as the central race hub for participants.

The course covers a distance of approximately 5 miles. Runners navigate a variety of surfaces and natural obstacles during the tour of Bowdoin Park. The terrain features include:

  • Grassy fields and dirt paths
  • Sections with rocks and roots
  • Several uphill and downhill segments

The race begins and ends on the soccer field located at the bottom of the park. Participation is limited to a field of 150 runners. While pre-registration is available, limited registration may be offered on the day of the event.
