Red Top Rumble

Red Top Rumble is an 11.5 mile trail race held at Red Top Mountain State Park in Cartersville, GA. The course uses winding, moderate to easy wooded trails with several bridge crossings and offers views of Lake Allatoona. The start and finish are located at the park Visitor's Center.

The course includes a cutoff at the Homestead Aid station at 7.7 miles. Packet pickup is available the days prior to the event at the Visitor's Center and on race morning at the start/finish area. Parking and porta johns are provided at the start/finish area.

There is a $10 state park parking fee collected after arrival or an option to use an annual Georgia State Park pass; carpooling is encouraged due to limited parking. The event is organized as a 100% non-profit race and a portion of proceeds supports Red Top Mountain State Park and the Friends of Red Top Mountain for renovations and park programs.

Entry policy notes that there are no refunds, no transfers, and no deferrals. Awards are given to the top five male and top five female finishers and include overall Master and overall Grandmaster categories with no duplication of awards.
