The Lucky Coyote 5K

The Lucky Coyote 5K is an athletic event held at Fassler Hall in Oklahoma City. The event centers around a celebration of "Leprechaun spirit," inviting participants of all ages to take part in the festivities.

Participants can choose from three distinct event categories:

  • 5K RUN / WALK
  • PUSHCHAIR 5K
  • VIRTUAL 5K RUN

The PUSHCHAIR 5K is specifically designated for those participating with strollers. For those unable to attend the physical location in Oklahoma City, a virtual option allows for participation from any location.

The event partners with Cleats 4 Kids (C4K), a beneficiary organization that provides sports shoes and equipment to children in need. This partnership supports a mission of promoting healthy lifestyles and philanthropy within the community.

Packet pickup is organized at the Red Coyote OKC location in the Classen Curve on the Friday and Saturday preceding the main event. While on-site pickup is available on the day of the race, participants are encouraged to collect their materials in advance. Individuals are permitted to pick up packets for friends or family members as needed. The event provides secondary services including professional timing, results, and photography for those taking part in the physical race.
