Raven Rock Trail Run and Hike
The event takes place on January 4, 2026 at Raven Rock State Park, 3009 Raven Rock Rd, Lillington, NC 27546. It is organized by TRAILthirty. Registration closes January 1, 2026. Entry fees listed on the event page are $45 for the 5 Mile Run, $35 for the 5 Mile Hike, and $65 for the 25K Run. The event page shows limited remaining spots for each event. The 5 Mile course is an out-and-back trail with about 500 ft of elevation gain, running beside a creek and reaching a view above the river; it includes curves and some technical/rocky sections. The 25K follows the 5 Mile course for the first five miles, then continues with a roughly 10-mile loop featuring elevation changes, single and double track, and rocky sections; there is an aid station around mile 10. All finishers receive a medal. Top three male and female finishers in each race receive custom trophies, and first place male and female in each age group receive custom awards. Event shirts are locally printed and available to order by December 18. A photographer (Last Light Productions) will be on the trail. Snacks and warm food are available at the finish area.
