Stevenage Pretty Muddy 5k
Stevenage Pretty Muddy is a 5k obstacle course event at Fairlands Valley Park on Sunday 05 Jul 2026. The course includes climbing, crawling and sliding obstacles and is intended to be completed at each participant's own pace. The start and finish are on grass and the route uses a mix of paved pathways and grassy terrain. Marshals are present on course and participants may skip obstacles if needed.
The event is for people aged 13 and over. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 applies. Entry fees listed are Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and community support, and a Race for Life medal on completion.
The meeting point is close to the Broadhall Way carpark of Fairlands Valley Park, between Broadhall Way and Six Hills Way. Free event parking is available via Broadhall Way with a suggested postcode SG2 9BN. Blue Badge parking is available in the event car park and bike racks are provided by the cafe on the lake side. Public transport access includes a bus stop a short walk from the park and a longer walk from Stevenage Train Station.
Due to the nature of the course the event is not suitable for wheelchair users. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee and a QR code on site will provide British Sign Language stage content. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
