Stevenage Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Fairlands Valley Park in Stevenage. The course starts and finishes on grass and runs over a mix of paved pathways and grassy terrain. Participants will climb, crawl and slide over a series of obstacles; marshals are present to assist and participants may skip obstacles if needed.

Entry categories and requirements are listed: adult and child ticket prices are provided and there is a minimum fundraising target of £50. To take part participants must be at least 13 years old; there is a separate Pretty Muddy Kids programme for younger children. Wave starts are staggered every 15 minutes and groups should use the same wave time.

The event base is near the Broadhall Way carpark between Broadhall Way and Six Hills Way. Free event parking is available via Broadhall Way with blue badge parking and drop-off nearby. Pedestrian access is via Six Hills Way; local public transport and cycling options are noted and bike racks are available by the lakeside cafe. A selection of electric vehicle charging points is listed nearby.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. Dogs, bag drop and showers are not available and the course is not suitable for wheelchair users. Accessibility support is offered on site including Sunflower wristbands and British Sign Language stage content via a QR code.
