Nottingham Pretty Muddy 5k : Saturday 20 June 2026

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Holme Pierrepont, Adbolton Lane, Nottingham NG12 2LU. Participants climb, crawl and slide around a course that uses a mix of terrain, including paths, grass and woodland trails. The start and finish are on grass next to the Regatta Lake, by the scoreboard.

Start times are staggered in waves every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course. The event is open to people aged 13 and over. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans, access to an online community and a Race for Life medal on completion. The minimum fundraising target is £50. Entry fees shown for this event are Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. Car parking is subject to a £5 charge paid via the venue ANPR system and may be limited. There is no designated drop off area, no designated blue badge parking and no electric charging points or bike racks. The start area is around a 15 minute walk from the grass car park on the far side of the Regatta Lake.

Due to the nature of the obstacles the event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs. Sunflower wristbands and a BSL QR code for stage content are available on site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
