Race for Life Pretty Muddy Milton Keynes

Willen Lake, United Kingdom • 6 Jun 2026

Milton Keynes Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a 5-kilometre obstacle course at Willen Lake, Milton Keynes, held on Saturday 06 Jun 2026. The course starts and finishes on grass between the splash park and the play area, next to the ferris wheel. Most of the route uses tarmacked paths with some sections on grass.

Obstacles require participants to climb, crawl and slide. Marshals are positioned on course and can assist participants who need to skip an obstacle. Wave starts are staggered every 15 minutes to manage flow on the course. Minimum age to take part is 13 years; separate Pretty Muddy Kids events exist for younger children.

Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets and general event parking. Blue badge parking is available in Car Park B close to the site. Event parking uses Willen Lake car parks and is roughly a 10 minute walk to the event field. Bus routes serve nearby stops and Milton Keynes train station is approximately one mile from the venue. There are no electric vehicle charging points or bike racks at the event.

Entry prices and fundraising information are published for the event, and participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support and a Race for Life medal on completion. Accessibility support includes Sunflower wristbands and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
