Milton Keynes Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a 5 kilometre obstacle course at Willen Lake, Milton Keynes, on Saturday 06 June 2026. Participants move through a series of muddy obstacles where they climb, crawl and slide; marshals are present on the course to assist and participants may skip obstacles if needed. Waves start every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course.

The start and finish are on grass. The route is mainly on tarmacked paths with some sections on grass. The meeting point is the grass area between the splash park and the play area, next to the ferris wheel. The venue address is Brickhill Street, Milton Keynes, MK15 0DS.

Entry fees are listed for adults (£22.49) and children (£12.00). A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 applies. A May sale offer with code FLASH30 is listed for entries on 2026 events, valid until 24 May 2026.

Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets and parking. Parking is available in Willen Lake car parks with normal pay and display charges; the event site is about a 10 minute walk from the car parks. Blue badge parking is available in Car Park B. There are no bike racks, no electric charging points and the event is not suitable for wheelchair users. Sunflower wristbands and a QR code for British Sign Language content are available.
