Milton Keynes Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a 5k obstacle course at Willen Lake in Milton Keynes. The route starts and finishes on grass and is mainly on tarmacked paths with some sections on grass. The course includes obstacles where participants climb, crawl and slide. The published course map may be subject to change.

Waves start every 15 minutes to manage participants on the course. Participants must be 13 years of age or older to take part. Pretty Muddy Kids events are available separately for children aged 12 and under. Marshals are present on the course to assist and guide participants.

Facilities on site include toilets, parking in the Willen Lake car parks and refreshments. Blue badge parking is available in Car Park B, approximately 200 m from the event site on tarmac. Push bike racks are located next to Willen Lake B Car Park. The start and finish area is on grass between the splash park and the play area next to the ferris wheel. In wet weather the ground may become soft or muddy. The event is not wheelchair accessible and showers and bag drop are not available.

There is a minimum fundraising target of £50. Ticket prices listed range from £6.00 to £11.24. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support and a Race for Life medal on completion. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

A trail ultramarathon from Lewknor to Avebury in Oxfordshire with 100 km and two 50 km stage options, following the Ridgeway through historic sites and offering pit stops, chip timing and basecamp facilities.

Trail races from 8 km up to a 50 km ultra around Princes Risborough, using ancient beech woods, chalk downs and Ridgeway sections with marked routes and fuel outposts.

A lap based timed run at Mowsbury Park on 11 July 2026 offering distances from 5 km up to ultra with a flexible one hour start window and a choice of medal or lower cost no medal entry. Places are limited to 75.
