Race for Life Pretty Muddy London - Clapham Common

Race for Life Pretty Muddy is a 5k obstacle event taking place on Saturday 23 May 2026 at Clapham Common. The course combines mud obstacles with a mix of grass and tarmac paths. The start and finish are on gravel football pitches just off The Avenue behind Mount Pond.

Participants must be 13 years of age or older to take part in this event. Waves start every 15 minutes and groups should choose the same wave time. Before each wave, participants gather in front of the stage for a warm up and course instructions.

The event is not suitable for pushchairs, does not allow dogs, does not have showers and is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the course.
