Race for Life Pretty Muddy Lincoln is a 5 km obstacle event held at Lincolnshire Showground and organised by Cancer Research UK. The course is within the showground and is described as fairly flat, with mainly grass underfoot and some paths. The start and finish are on the same section of grass inside the showground and are clearly visible from the on-site car park.

The event features muddy obstacles that require climbing, crawling and sliding. Start times are run in staggered waves, with each wave beginning every 15 minutes. Participants must be at least 13 years old to take part in Pretty Muddy; there are separate Pretty Muddy Kids events for children aged 12 and under. A minimum fundraising target of £50 applies. Entry prices shown are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. The on-site car park is on grass and stewards direct Blue Badge parking to the nearest available space. There are no electric vehicle charging points, no bike racks, and no nearby bus or train services. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs and showers and bag drop are not available.
