Q50 Races Trails Extravaganza is a multi-distance trail event held at Bogue Chitto State Park in Franklinton, LA. The event marks a 20th year anniversary and uses the park meeting room as the race site. A park entrance fee of $3 per person applies.

The course is run in loops of approximately 10 miles and uses mostly single track dirt with sections of sand, gravel, stumps, and exposed roots. Longer distances have food stations located at roughly the five mile points of the loops; the 10 mile loop has one station and the 5 mile course has no stations. Participants are asked to bring their own hydration container, as stations provide water for refilling but no disposable cups under a minimum paper policy.

Finish items vary by distance and include medals, event swag, and a finisher meal. Specific finisher items for longer distances include a half buckle for 50 mile finishers and a walking cane for 30 mile finishers.

Event rules restrict on-course companions and equipment: no dogs, no pacers, no baby strollers, no bicycles, and no earphones are allowed. Runners must carry out their trash and must not remove natural materials from the course. Cutting the course or using an alternate route makes a runner ineligible for placing.
