Punch Out Ultra is an 8-hour timed running event held at 5800 Pilgrim Trail W in Molino, Florida. The event offers both team and individual entries. Team entries must be four people; each team member must complete at least one lap for the team to qualify. Individual runners may also compete and can earn a Suffer Up challenge coin by completing a 50K within the time limit.
Format, course and logistics
The course is an out-and-back route on ATV-style trails. Each lap is 4.2 miles. Runners reach a turnaround with a volunteer-run water station and a marker item to carry back for lap verification. At the start/finish there is a full aid station and bib punches are used to record completed laps. Only fully completed laps count; partial laps are not allowed. The event is cupless, so runners are asked to bring their own drinking bottle. There will be restrooms, non-potable water, space for tents, a barn area, and a food truck on site. A kids race on a 0.3 mile loop will be offered free for children, with adults asked to be present. Awards will be given to first, second and third place teams and individuals; team members on top teams receive medals and 50K finishers receive a limited edition challenge coin.
