Location and logistics

The event is held at Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center, with Race HQ at the venue known as The Barn. The course is a loop through the property alongside Coldwater Creek. The route is mostly single track with roots and some rocks, and includes sections of ATV-packed sand roads.

Hot food will be served at multiple points during the event; snacks, water and Gatorade will also be available. Participants may use tents, hammocks, pop-up shelters, or vehicles between 5 km loops. Tent campsites are in an adjacent grass field, cost $20 per tent for up to four people, and are first come first served; the fee is collected at packet pick up.
