The Pleasant Ridge Backyard Ultra is an endurance running event held at Pleasant Ridge Camp and Retreat Center in Marietta, South Carolina. This unique race challenges participants to run 4.167-mile laps every hour on the hour, continuing until only one runner remains able to complete a full lap. The course includes sections of the JFA trail and paved paths, offering a beautiful yet challenging terrain.

The event welcomes runners of all levels, emphasizing mental grit and endurance over speed. Registered participants receive assigned 10×10 aid station spaces with camping available.
