The course uses the park's outer equestrian loop, which is 15K per loop. All races run the same clockwise looped route and return to the start/finish area to begin each subsequent loop. Trails are primarily dirt and grass with small water crossings possible. The terrain includes rolling hills.

Top overall male and female finishers at each distance receive awards and cash payouts, with amounts listed for each distance and additional payouts for breaking event records. Age group awards for the top three male and female finishers are given in the following groups: 29 and under, 30 to 45, and 46 and over; overall winners are not eligible for age group awards. Timing services are provided by OnlineRaceResults and results will be posted on the timing website.

Parking is directed to the Pleasant Creek Beach grass field by volunteers and parking on grass in other areas is not permitted. Packet pickup is available on the evening before the event and on race morning at the start/finish area. The event is part of the No Coast Trail Series and is supported by local partners and sponsors. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
