Pinhoti 100 is a point to point trail race held on November 7, 2026 in the Sylacauga area of Alabama. The event is organized by Pinhoti Trail Races and is listed as a Western States qualifier for 2027. The official distance is 100 miles with a 32 hour time limit.

The course begins on the Pinhoti single track trail near Heflin and finishes at the Sylaward Trail Head at Lake Howard. Terrain includes approximately 83 miles of single track, 17 miles of jeep road and 2 miles of pavement. The route crosses ridge lines of the Talladega National Forest and passes creeks, rocky sections and the highest point in Alabama.

Race services include multiple staffed aid stations along the course, drop bag locations and porta johns at selected stations. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at the Sylaward Trail Head where runners receive bibs, crew cards and may drop bags. Bus transportation is available from Sylacauga to the start for an additional fee. Parking attendants will direct vehicles at the start and finish areas.
