Course, facilities and logistics

The 5 km course follows the Trans Pennine Trail for 2.5 km and turns around just before Thwaite Mills. The 10 km follows the same path, continues past Thwaite Mills and follows the river; it includes one small bridge with steps. Both turnaround points will be marked and marshalled.

Facilities at Race HQ include toilets and bag storage. All finishers receive a drink provided by Piglove Brewery. Medals and event t-shirts are optional extras sold at entry. Headtorches are required for the Autumn "By Night" edition. Parking is available at CitiPark Leeds Dock, Armouries Drive LS10 1LE; the venue is close to Granary Wharf, the Royal Armouries and Leeds Station.
