PFW Running presents a timed running event on Sunday, 15 November 2026 at Stanley Park, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY3 9EQ. The event is a 6 hour timed challenge with a maximum of 100 entrants. The race will be held under UKA rules and a Trail Running Association race permit number is to be announced. Entry fees are listed as Affiliated £23.50 and Unattached £25.50. Course, distances and finishers

The course is a 3.1 mile loop mostly on tarmac with a short section on gravel. Runners may complete as many or as few laps as they wish within the 6 hour time limit. Distances described by the organiser include:

  • Half marathon: 4 laps plus a short out-and-back
  • Marathon: 8 laps plus a short out-and-back
  • Ultra: 9 or more laps

Completing at least one lap qualifies a runner as a finisher who will receive an official time and a post-race gift. All finishers will also receive a medal. For long-distance restrictions, ages 18-19 may race up to the marathon distance; entrants over 20 have no maximum distance.

The organiser will provide drinks and sweet and savoury snacks on course. Refunds are not permitted. Off-road event near Preston offering 10k and 11 mile routes across tracks and fields around Caldervale and the base of Beacon Fell country park. The 11 mile has a three hour cutoff and maps with three checkpoints are provided.

A countryside challenge across Rivington, Anglezarke and Turton Moors with a long 24 mile route and a shorter walkers option. The event uses staffed checkpoints, a 10 hour time limit, and mandatory kit checks.

Take on Mr Sparkle's Dark Un, an 8.1 km night fell race across moorland with stiff climbs, mud and a final descent on 27 Feb 2026. A headtorch and full body cover are required and places are limited, pre entry only.
