PDX 50K

The PDX 50K is an ultramarathon held in Portland, Oregon, organized by Run Pacifica, a small running group focused on unique and fun routes. The race starts at Brooklyn Park in Southeast Portland and covers a diverse course featuring roads, car-free paths, and dirt/gravel trails across all six quadrants of the city. Runners traverse notable areas such as Oaks Bottom, the Springwater Corridor, Sellwood Bridge, Forest Park, and the St.

John's Bridge, with a mix of smooth gravel and mild rough terrain. The event is unsupported, with no aid stations or course markings, so participants should prepare accordingly. Run scenic, muddy trails at Hagg Mud 50K or 25K around Henry Hagg Lake in Scoggins Valley Park, Oregon. Both races include a group start, aid stations, finisher socks and a lively post race celebration.

Run through blooming tulip fields at the Wooden Shoe TulipFest Run in Woodburn, Oregon. Choose a 5K, 10K trail run or a half marathon, with festival admission included and scenic, sometimes muddy farm routes.

Take on Forest Park's Stumptown Trail Runs over Memorial Day weekend with a challenging 50K or hilly half through lush singletrack and big elevation gain. Small fields, scenic trails, postrace food, and a souvenir pint glass for finishers.
