The Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run takes place on Sunday, December 14, 2025, in Bluffton, SC (Old Moreland Rd, 29910). The event benefits the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy and features all-trail routes through about 20,000 acres of Lowcountry maritime forest. The course includes tree-shaded single track, dirt and gravel road trail. Events listed for the day are:

Packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, December 13 at Palmetto Running Company, 25 Minetta Lane, Bluffton, SC. The Buffalo Run course includes hydration and fuel stations located midway and at the finish; the race is cup free so participants are asked to bring their own hydration bottles. Relay teams and 50K runners may set up pop-up canopy tents and tables in designated staging areas for support crews. Race apparel and awards: long-sleeve tri-blend shirts were guaranteed to participants registered before December 1; finishers medals are provided for 10K, 30K, 50K and relay participants, and all individual 50K finishers receive a Buffalo Head Award. Bronze Buffalo Awards are given to overall first place male and female in each race and to first place relay teams.
