The Paddy Buckley Recce / Fun Run - Hebogs takes place on 10 May 2026 in Beddgelert, North Wales (LL55 4YB) inside Snowdonia National Park. The run covers the Nantmoor to Beddgelert Forest (A4085) leg of the Paddy Buckley Round. The full Paddy Buckley Round is described as 61 miles, crossing 47 peaks with over 8,500 m of height gain.

Practical information

The recce leg is 15 km with 1,580 m of ascent. Runners will be organised in small groups and guided by experienced runners who hold Mountain Leader qualifications and who have completed the Paddy Buckley Round; guides can offer route advice and technical guidance. Entry opens 17 September 2025 and closes 8 May 2026. The minimum age is 18 or older. The entry fee is £65. Entry is managed through SiEntries and registration or login on that system is required.
