Route and guidance

The event is a recce or guided run of the Paddy Buckley section from Beddgelert Forest (A4085) to Llanberis over the Snowdon Range. The leg is approximately 20 km with around 1,900 m of height gain. Participants will run in small groups. Guidance is provided by experienced runners who hold at least Mountain Leader qualifications and who have completed the full Paddy Buckley Round; they can offer route advice and technical guidance during the run.
