The Paddy Buckley Recce / Fun Run - Snowdon takes place on Sunday 14 June 2026 in Llanberis, North Wales (LL55 4HA). The event is organised by Adventure Awaits. Route and format

This event is a recce of a section of the Paddy Buckley Round, running from Beddgelert Forest (A4085) to Llanberis over the Snowdon range. The leg length is approximately 20 km with about 1,900 m of height gain. The full Paddy Buckley Round covers 61 miles, crosses 47 peaks and has about 8,500 m of height gain. Runners will be grouped into small groups and guided by experienced runners who hold at least Mountain Leader qualifications and who have completed the round. Tour De Yr Wyddfa is an epic winter loop around Yr Wyddfa, climbing 2327 m on the full 43.5 km route. Solo, pair or two leg relay entries are welcome, but runners must meet mountain experience and kit requirements for safety.
