Pacifico Ultra
Pacifico Ultra is a trail running event in the Angeles National Forest near Palmdale, California. The event offers multiple race options including:
- 50k Ultra
- Half-Marathon
- 21k Trail
The 50k course is listed as 31.8 miles with 5,621 feet of vertical gain and a 10-hour time limit. The half-marathon covers approximately 13 miles with about 2,510 feet of climb. Both routes use technical singletrack, mountainside truck trails and paved sections, crossing pine forests, sandy boulder fields and treelined ridges around Pacifico Mountain.
The 50k includes nine aid stations along the route; the half-marathon includes three aid stations. The event is described as fully supported and CUPLESS, and it provides free course photography, a finish festival with food and massage, shaded seating, same-day results and on-course medical support.
The race site is at Mill Creek Summit and the Pony Park Day Use Area in the Angeles National Forest. Off-site parking is provided with shuttle service to the race site. Volunteers earn race credits and event swag, and 2026 volunteers receive guaranteed spots in the 2027 running.
The 50k awards a cash course record bonus and serves as a Sterling Silver Ticket race for the Angeles Crest 100, with top finishers earning guaranteed entry subject to entry fee and trail work requirements.
