Haunted Heroes 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon, Valencia (Santa Clarita)
The Haunted Heroes event takes place on Sunday, October 4, 2026 at West Creek Park in Valencia, Santa Clarita. The course uses a shared trail and is an open course; participants should be courteous to other pedestrians, runners, and cyclists.
The route is composed of out-and-back loops on a marked trail. Aid stations are available at every loop. The half marathon consists of three 4.37 mile loops. Course maps are provided by the organizer.
Registration includes a custom finisher medal, a drawstring goodie bag, free photos and videos, posted results within 12 to 24 hours, and an assortment of snacks and samples. There is a 3 hour 15 minute time limit for the half marathon; participants requiring more time are asked to contact the organizer. Transfers are allowed only through the organizer and there is a no refund policy.
Race day registration is available and accepts card, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Listed entry fees are 5k $30, 10k $35, 15k $40, and half marathon $45. Free street parking is available around West Creek Park; participants should use caution with pedestrians crossing to the start and finish area.
