HOKA Pacific Trails California by UTMB is a trail running event held at Rancho San Fernando Rey in the Santa Ynez Valley, California. The event includes two race days in November 2026: a 51 KM race on 14 November 2026 and a 25 KM race on 15 November 2026.

The courses run across preserved ranch terrain and feature mountains, pastures, cliffs, vineyards, olive groves, creek and river crossings, and stands of Blue Oak Trees. The Santa Ynez River crosses the property and Loma Alta Mountain at 2,758 ft (840 meters) sits near the center of the ranch, offering views toward Cachuma Lake. The trails also reveal areas of serpentine, California’s state rock.

Rancho San Fernando Rey is a private, 30,000-acre ranch with over 100 miles of roads and trails. The property was previously closed to the public, so event participants will access parts of the ranch not typically open. The Start/Finish area and BASECAMP (Expo) are located in a rustic cattle ranch open barn surrounded by endemic oak trees.
