OUTLAST ATLANTA

OUTLAST ATLANTA is a six-hour trail endurance challenge held in Conyers, GA at 1996 Centennial Olympic Pkwy NE on 01/09/2027. The format requires runners to complete a 5K lap every hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to remain in the event; those who miss a lap are removed from further competition. Rest time is available between laps.

Courses are trail-based, featuring natural terrain, elevation changes, and variable surfaces such as dirt, rocks, roots, and occasionally pavement or gravel. Aid is provided at the basecamp/loop start with water, basic hydration, and snacks. This is a cupless event, so participants must bring their own bottle or hydration system. Participants may set up a personal tent or aid station at the venue.

Awards and recognition are issued by laps completed and overall time. Participants who complete four laps receive a "Grit Earned" patch; five laps earn a "Survivor" patch; completing all six laps earns a premium OUTLAST medal. All participants receive a premium OUTLAST tee. The top male and female by combined 5K times at each event receive the 1st Place OUTLAST award. Finishers are ranked on a national leaderboard; the fastest runner across all OUTLAST 6-hour events is named National Champion and receives $1,000. City 6-hour champions qualify for the Outlast Championship; top finishers there receive additional prize money and invitations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
