Event Overview

Operation Iron Peak is a rucking and trail event scheduled for August 1, 2026. The course takes place at the Esmeralda Trailhead in Cle Elum, Washington. Participants are required to carry a dry load of 20 lbs throughout the duration of the event. Those who reach the summit of Iron Peak within the established time constraints are eligible to receive dog tags as a recognition of completion.

Distance Options

Participants can choose between two distinct routes based on distance and elevation gain:

  • STANDARD: A 13 mile course featuring 4,406 ft of elevation gain.
  • MINI: A 9 mile course featuring 2,831 ft of elevation gain.
