The course links Cle Elum Ridge with Sasse Ridge, summits Hex, Sasse and Jolly Mountains, descends Jolly Creek to the Middle Fork of the Teanaway River, follows that river to its confluence with the West Fork, then uses the Big Sandy Trails to return to Cle Elum Ridge and back to Roslyn.
