5th Annual Octoberfest 5K
The Octoberfest 5K is a cross-country running event held on October 17, 2026 at Maria Greenwald Softball Field in Haddonfield, New Jersey. The race uses the softball field as the start and finish area and has on-site parking.
The event features a 5K cross-country run. Registration opens June 1, 2026 and closes September 30, 2026. The published registration fee is $30. In-person packet pickup and registration are available; accepted payment methods include cash, check, or online payment.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Haddonfield Running Company and additional check-in, packet pickup, and race-day registration are offered at the race site. An award ceremony follows the event at the race site, and light snacks will be offered afterwards at King's Road Brewing Company. Additional parking is available in downtown Haddonfield; payment is required there.
Event T-shirts are provided to entrants. Visually impaired participants are welcomed to participate with a guide or guide dog; guides will be available if needed.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
