OC Trail Runners Group Run - April 4, 2026

This is a free, social, non-competitive, slower-paced group run held at El Moro and Laguna Coast Wilderness Park in Newport Beach. The event focuses on enjoying the outdoors and running together; routes change each meeting.

The planned route for this date is approximately 5 miles with about 500 feet of vertical gain and a few short rocky sections. The route is subject to change due to occasional intermittent closures within the park.

Meeting location is in front of the restrooms at Coastal Peak Park, 20403 East Coastal Peak, Newport Coast. Cross streets are East Coastal Peak and Ridge Park Road. Participants are expected to have some trail running experience before joining the group run.

After the run, complimentary snacks will be available and there will be a raffle drawing. Participants should bring hydration and some fuel. The session is organized as a take it easy group run rather than a competitive event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
