North of 7 Challenge 2026

The North of 7 Challenge takes place in Cloyne, Ontario, at Move Better Basecamp near 19 Jacques Bay Road. It is an obstacle course event set on an approximately 3 km woodland loop.

Distances and formats offered:

• 3 km loop obstacle course (fun run)
• 2 hour Endure - as many 3 km loops as possible
• 1 km Kids/Youth Challenge
• 3 km Grit Loop with a 20 lb sandbag
• 1 km Beer Kilometer team relay

Some heats require mandatory obstacle completion to be eligible for prize money. A no-finisher-swag option excludes the Under Armour finisher t-shirt. The kids heat is noted as free with an adult registration in the event information. The Beer Kilometer is a team relay for 2- or 4-person teams, run in 250 m segments, includes beers supplied by Kick and Push Brewing Company, and is a fundraiser for University Hospitals Kingston Foundation - KGH Pediatrics with 100% of donations directed to that cause.
