North Lakes Half Marathon and 10km : Cockermouth, 8 February 2026

Wild Deer Events is running the North Lakes Half Marathon and 10km on the roads around the Lorton Valley with Events Up North and Timing Up North. Both distances start and finish in Cockermouth Town Centre and use quiet country lanes that offer views across the Lake District.

The event has no cut-off time. Live chip-timing will be provided by Timing Up North. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, and a snack and drink. An event T-shirt is available to purchase for £12 at registration.

There is ample parking in Cockermouth Town Centre and a free shuttle bus runs to and from the event venue. Accommodation is offered at Graysonside Guest House for the night of Saturday 7 February 2026; guests may also park there for the duration of the event.
