The North Berwick Santa Beach Run takes place on 24 Dec 2025 at Elcho Green, Forth Street, North Berwick, EH39 4BB. This is the ninth edition. The event raises funds for Medicins sans Frontieres. Races run along the East Lothian coast, starting on the beach near Elcho Green, heading west and returning along the beach. The route may involve getting feet wet and climbing over rocky sections. The 2k route stays within the West bay. Fancy dress is encouraged.

- 2k - all ages; under 7s must be accompanied
- 5k - 13 years and over
- 10k - 17 years and over
Entry fees: children up to and including 18 years old pay £6; adults 19 years and over pay £12. There are no refunds for cancelled entries. Closing date for entries is 21 Dec 2025. The event status is listed as open.
Beach wheelchairs are available in North Berwick. Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome. Participants should bring their own water bottle and post-race snack; hot drinks may be available for a donation. Public toilets are available in Quality Street; there are no changing rooms on site.
