Event Overview
The Nocturnal 12 is a 12-hour fixed-time endurance challenge set in the Town of Greece, New York. The event is designed with a flexible structure where participants can choose when to start and stop within the 12-hour window. Results are based on the number of fully completed laps, with a minimum of one lap required to be considered a finisher.
