No Man's 50K
Triangle, United States • 7 Mar 2026
Event Details
The No Man's 50K Challenge is a trail running event exclusively for women, with the name being a play on words. Men and family members participate in supporting roles, not as runners. The race is directed by Katie and Zoe Papadopoulos. The concept originated from a child's observation about the lack of women in trail races in 2016.
Course and Logistics
The event offers two distances: a 25K and a 50K. The 50K course consists of two loops of approximately 15 miles each. The route is 70.2% single track, 29.5% forest service road, and 0.3% road.
There is a 9-hour time limit to complete the race. The event is limited to 120 entrants, with approximately 100 slots for solo runners. Five fully stocked aid stations are provided on the course, spaced between 5.5 to 7 miles apart. The start and finish location is the Telegraph Road Pavilion in Triangle, Virginia.
